Radon tests are done to detect the presence of radon gas in the home. Radon is an odorless colorless and can only be detected through testing. The Environmental Protection Agency recommends that all homes are tested.
This is a less formal inspection where the home inspector will “walk through” the property with clients and identify major issues. No photos will be taken and no report will be provided.
This is for rental unit owners who need to get registered before tenants move in.
